A wedding I will truly never forget.
A day where my childhood best friend became a Bride.
A day that I was able to capture through my business, but also play a part in as Maid of Honor.
A day that will forever go down in history as one of the most beautiful memories.
BUT FIRST, Bridals!
Kiana’s Bridals were taken at Eden Gardens, fun fact about this shoot is that bouquets are often forgotten when scheduling bridals. It was most definitely forgotten this time. So, with the florals I had for her bridal shower and a quick run to Publix, I made her bouquet minutes before leaving the house!

Kiana is genuinely my soul sister. To see her as a beautiful bride left me purely overjoyed. (This was also weeks before my big brother’s wedding, so the emotions surrounding my 2022 weddings during this season were surreal!)

Photographer Tip:
Wedding perfume and cologne! You know how you can oddly enough remember the smell of your third grade class? Well wedding perfume/cologne is doing just that! Wear your perfume on your wedding day, bridal shower, and bachelor(ette) trips. Then you can wear it for every special day like your anniversaries or special date nights. It’s a fun outing to go pick them together too!

She had some of the finest detailed hair accessories I’ve seen so far in the industry, and let me say that the smaller details seriously made her bridal style POP!

Part of the reason why Kiana, Drew, my husband and I are such great friends is football. So we saw a trend and decided to do it- game day photos!
We got Drew and all of his guys walking in just like game day photos!

To know Kiana and Andrew (Drew), is to know a couple that knows how to have fun!
Drew is always go with the flow, I was so impressed at the amount of pictures we were able to capture of him and his groomsmen!
They were all totally comfortable in front of the camera and made the best time out of snapping some pics!

My favorite wedding sessions are when the groomsmen genuinely know themselves well enough to incorporate things into the day that describe who they are! When you’re comfortable expressing yourself in front of your photographer it always results in the best pictures that will last a life time!

I was a Maid of Honor for this special day, so my associate’s, Mary and Kristen, shot the wedding!
Her sister and I were both Kiana’s Maids of Honor!

This is a special photo I like to get at weddings where I have multiple CMC couples!
This was also the first time EVER— probably the only time ever— where my husband and I were both in the same wedding, so naturally I had to get a photo of my cute hubby, Josh, and I, just in case you’ve never seen him!

Family pics turned into much more family than we anticipated, so that left limited time for bride and groom pics!
I expected about 20 minutes.
Mary and Kristen were back with Kiana and Drew in 10 minutes.
I’m not sure how they did it, but that’s exactly why I hire such talented photographers to be a part of CMC!
I mean seriously, these turned out to be timeless.

The party, was A PARTY.

Like I said before about football… this bride and groom are huge fans, of rival teams! She had an idea about making her exit be FSU vs. UF and playing their fight songs!
So unique and a perfect example of how to make your weddings, YOURS.
