Just a young entrepreneur going to college for literally no reason. I’m honestly what most people call “basic”. I LOVEE coffee- my days just don’t turn out good if I don’t start with a morning cup. I’m a dog momma of dogs who seem to always need lots of medical attention (first a blind diabetic dog, now a 3 legged dog). I’m also in a relationship with my middle-school sweetheart, Joshua, whom I plan to have for all of time. Most importantly, I’m a follower of Christ. God gave me this life and I want to use it to the fullest extent. So book with me & help me do that :)

My name is Cierra, I am the owner and lead creative at CMC Photography.

The common question as a little kid “what do you want to be when you grow up?” never had the same answer for me, like most kids. For a while, I wanted to be a hair stylist, then a nurse, then a doctor, then an accountant.

While having sleepovers with my friends, or in art class at school, I was never the creative one. I couldn’t come up with something to draw or paint. I didn’t design anything creatively or even appealing to the eye… at all. I avoided art class in high school for as long as I could.

Being in the creative industry was at the very bottom of my list.

Then I found my purpose and became passionate about it through a bulky frame and a glass lens.

After picking up my camera three years ago, I realized I had no idea who I was or wanted to be. I began finding myself by seeing beauty in simplicity through my camera lens. I was never elaborate in designing anything, and I thought that meant I wasn’t creative or artistic. We don’t have to cushion our lives to seem better or wish it were more beautiful. It’s perfect the way it is.

I believe my purpose on earth is to help people see the beauty in the simplicity of the life they’re given. Each chapter is different, and that’s so beautiful to me. I want to document that for you and the world to embrace.
