The Tracy's | 2.13.2021

The Tracy’s gallery came out so beautifully, it was almost impossible to pick just a handful to share with you all.

This wedding was originally set for March 2020, and COVID rescheduled it one week prior, to almost an entire year later. This was a long awaited process, and the bride DIY’d almost everything, so she decided to donate her flowers and center pieces to retirement homes because they were already finished before the cancellation.

This wedding features delicate traces of antique details, overall giving us the sweetest, true to heart, old-fashioned feeling while looking at their gallery!

A little fun fact about this wedding day, it down poured ALLLLL day long, we thought for sure we were going to have to take their pictures inside and do make-up portraits once the ground dried up.

The Bride and Groom were not phased, they stayed calm and collected the entire time and were focused on soaking up the day with one another and completely trusted me to get the right pictures at the right time. The first look was inside and the wedding party & family portraits were outside on the porch, while I secured an umbrella to my bag to protect my gear.

It also rained during their ceremony (which was outside) and not a single person was phased.

This was my first wedding with a “flower man”, the brides brother! The crowd was laughing the whole time and I’ve actually done a handful like this since this wedding. It is such a tension breaker and the crowd always loves it.

The weather cleared just in time for blue-hour photos, which made them late to their own reception, but they didn’t care. Sophie and Greg just wanted to focus on their time alone as newly weds, capturing the raw love for each other amidst what could have been chaos.

This wedding goes to show- no matter what, your wedding day will turn out perfect!

Check out their engagement gallery we blogged during the covid break we had. This engagement session is still a top-favorite of mine!
