The Binders January 8, 2019 Cierra Burch The Binders Est. 12 | 29 | 18 A little over a year ago, Ansley messaged me on Facebook asking about my wedding packages. I was new to the wedding industry, only having photographed a couple. However, Ansley’s wedding was planned just under a year out, so I had many weddings in between. Ansley, her mom and I met for coffee one day and that evening they booked with me. I remember being so excited because Ansley and her mom were SO sweet and detail oriented. I knew they wouldn’t miss a beat in the planning process, and I was so right!!I met David for the first time at their engagement session, on this BEAUTIFUL piece of property where the was was going to be at. A+D’s engagement session was so dreamy and elegant. There was so much love to photograph between the two, making all the more excited to photograph the day they unite as one. Here is just a couple from A+D’s engagement session- look at how beautiful this scenery is! Just like everything else in the panhandle, Hurricane Michael, sadly, made his touch on this beautiful venue too. A+D last minute had to find another venue that was untouched (& for those reading that aren’t in the panhandle, it is almost impossible to find somewhere untouched by the hurricane, especially a wedding venue). The bride’s family has a friend who owns Live Oak Plantation Wedding & Events in Vernon, FL and they were able to pull off a last minute venue change that didn’t look ‘last minute’ at all and one that photographed so beautifully!Just like everything else in the panhandle, Hurricane Michael, sadly, made his touch on this beautiful venue too. Ansley scheduled a bridal session before the wedding & look how stunning (more photos in recent blog). Looking back now, God had a much greater plan in mind. The bridal room was gorgeous. Ansley & her mom were able to create an elegant, southern atmosphere through classic decor and they did a phenomenal job doing so. They say “rain on a wedding day is good luck, as it makes the ‘knot’ tight and impossible to untie”, and thankfully it did rain on David & Ansley’s wedding day. The ceremony that was planned for outdoors ended up being indoor and Ansley walked down the “aisle” down a beautiful staircase, and met David under a chandelier where Ansley’s uncle & mom gave away their bride to David. This was my favorite ceremony to date, and I am so thankful the venue changed because Ansley was still able to have a dream ceremony even with it raining Here’s to many years for David & Ansley- I pray for the best!Photography: CMC PhotographyMake-up: Christa LeeHair: Heavenly Hair—Tara Alford & Emily SegersDress Store: Vocelles BridalDress Designer: Martina Liana BridalShow designer: Badgley MischkaStationary: Paperwork’s PlusTux Store: Mens WearhouseTux designer: Calvin KleinBridesmaids dresses: ASOSGroomsmen’s Tux: Joseph & FiessVenue: Live Oak Plantation Wedding and Special Events VenuePlanner: Ansley & Robin HollandCoordinator: Michele ClaytonVideographer: Unique Video CreationsCaterer: Pat BrownWedding Cake: Pamela BartramSingers: The Hall’sDJ: Brent EdwardsBartender: Signature Events
